Inside the studio: October 2025.

Beneath a stack of paintings raised two or three feet off the cement floor, there is a residue of resin-hardened blobs of paint from previous works. These blobs, which vary in shape and size, have dripped onto the floor after sliding down the edges of the canvas and plywood. They form tentacle-like strands and lengths of rubberised paint suspended in limbo. While these strands are an essential part of the artwork, I often find myself crawling beneath the stack of paintings to collect the blobs, which I repurpose to create new paintings. studio: Excavationhttps://youtube.com/shorts/3aO92wLj0IE?si=SpKidIEXePub8Clj
